Team Rocket - Blasting off at the speed of light!

Our clan has but one absolute objective: World and/or TPPC Domination! Shoopin' and a'woopin', like a boss.

Looking for our Leaders!
We are looking for some of the best TPPCRPG members to show Team Rocket what they are truly made of for a spot in our ranks as a real boss! The users chosen by you, Team Rocket, will be appointed as the users who organize and lead the jobs that you will select in the upcoming Team Rocket - Version 3. However, we will not just be letting anybody become the leader!
For a quick synopsis of what a leader does for the job, you will make the final decisions in any project or idea and also make sure that your group is on task with any projects that we may need.
I have two jobs that need leaders -- the rest are being selected by the officials of Team Rocket -- and I won't be letting them go easily! The users that want to lead our art department or our research and ideas department must prove their skills. You may choose one of the two tasks for each job to perform. You may apply for both, but it is not recommended if you want to work on one job as much as possible. Your entry will be sent to me in private message (please put threads into http://pastebin.com/ or another medium so that i can view it easily, just not in private message directly or in an actual thread).

Team Rocket - Head of Dept. of Creativity and Works

- Make a Team Rocket banner or logo featuring anything you feel is Team Rocket-y enough. I am not making any requirements, other than it being about Team Rocket, so that you are not too restricted in what you can do.
- Organize a thread contest. You must create, format, and organize a proper thread for a contest featuring these details:

- Present an analysis of Team Rocket version 2. I have left the thread open for your viewing. This analysis should include any information you find important for me to know.
- Consider some idea for Team Rocket version 2 that you believe would be beneficial to the clan. Include your explanation and reasoning!
