NOTE: if YOU own one of these accounts, and sent pokemon there yourself to train off, be aware that this isn't allowed. We stopped permitting single-blissey gyms months ago, with the removal of Mazhar's gym. You should stop using it and send them back to yourself, and it'd be even better if you did those things and reported it to us anyway. Other choice is face the consequence if we find it on our own.

Only active, frequently used accounts may be used for goldens. All your accounts will be banned if you ignore this. In addition, do not create multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining more level four Pokemon, promo Pokemon, or Pokemon from challenges/quests. You may only enter one account in Safari Contest, etc.

Ok good I always leave when I can't win. Also, does it matter how fast you click for training?

Why can't you use multiple accounts for Safari? Why can't you battle 1 pokemon gyms?

There is a HUGE difference between using it a lot vs using it once accidentally.

Sometimes I leave the battle towers when I can't win them so I hope that doesn't count as incomplete.

That rule did come into effect when you were on your first account. Even if it wasn't, you're supposed to check the rules for updates occasionally.
Then you click Leave battle, and restart. |:

I'm getting tired of people assuming you didn't break any rules and got banned for nothing, as you keep claiming and telling people.

F5ing is considered cheating, as I've told you before.
