Character A (Being your main, with all the gear) puts stuff you want duped in a shop for 1mesos each
Character B buys them all, logs off and logs in to save progress, and logs off again.
Character A doesn't do anything, doesn't move anywhere, etc and waits for server to crash/restart/maintenance
After restart, log back in on both Character A and B, and your gear should be duped.

The first two generation rings were only +7 Weapon Attack, but the third one adds +10 Weapon Attack.
