I could get you some nice golds, but you do what you want :) and yeah that guy basically thinks he knows everything about this game but everything he says is pure BS. He doesn't know much about what are things work and how certain things function. You would be better to ask me.

cause its rarer when its base.Most ppl do level it up,but not many keep it on its base level.Youll get it soon enough.

Good luck,hope you win Safari.You get a shiny scyther (?) 10 for first place.Dont level it up though!It rates about 4-4.5x and a level 2000 poke goes for 0.50x.Do the math.
