No problem. When you battle the birds, they are apparently twice your highest leveled pokemon in your party. I heard that a good set is using 6 level 5 pokemon and Rock Slide. I would try to use decently strong level 5s and X-Speed and use Rock Slide repetitively, since it is 2x effective on Zapdos and 4x effective on Articuno and Moltres.
