I normally dislike those as well, but if they can escalate into a real conversation, then I'm perfectly happy with it. :]
Reading that is making me hungry. Living the student life and only treating myself to one meal a day sucks, and makes me crave delicious foods whenever I think about it or read upon it. :p Ah, I see. Not a lot of people know that pork is haram in our religion, but it's interesting to see that you do. :) I don't normally like telling people my religion, ethnic background, etc., especially online, but I can trust you. I probably won't go into much detail about my religion and things regarding this unless this conversation shifts over to private messaging. I don't want the whole world of The Pokémon Poké Center knowing everything about me. xD
I don't know how my mom prepares it, but she makes chicken biryani almost every day so you would have to ask her on that. She never has made it at home either, so I am unable to tell you from my observations. :( Have you ever had chicken biryani though? And if so, what do you think of it? :D I haven't learned how to use chopsticks, which is a bummer. :[ My parents prefer using spoons and forks, lol.
Do you remain focused for those four to five hours straight? It's rather difficult to continuously work for that time duration, especially if the content is boring. I know if I were to read over some of my math notes for that long, it'd be possible to do so. If it's a topic I find uninteresting, I tend to doze off within the first half hour.
An example would be anything history related. I'm not a fan of it. D:
Yes, I know not to do that. I avoided doing that for my functions exam in late January, and I performed very well. I reviewed for the exam a week prior to it, and I'm glad I did that. My performance was excellent in my opinion, almost scoring at the top of the class. :p As for my other three exams, I didn't really do much preparation until the night before, and that caused an inefficient performance. *shrugs* Oh, and every time I pray for divine intervention, it never works lol. I set my prayers before every exam, yet they never seem to follow through and work in my favour. xD
How long of a walk is it to Starbucks from your dorm? Also, I heard rumours and myths about certain music that assist in better studying. Do you happen to know anything about this? Every time I study or read, I pray that the material I read stays in my head, but it doesn't. I'd like to find out any information where I can listen to music and study at the same time. Recently, I've been turning off my music and studying, but I find that I get bored of studying quicker if I am not listening to anything. Mr. Numbers, I require your help!
I'm not sure what you mean by boarding quarters, but a lot of people commute back home on a daily basis. There are also school campuses for post-secondary students where they can live on campus and a handful of people choose that option. The university I wish to attend allows me to commute back home on a daily basis (which is the option I prefer) since the distance from my home to that university isn't a great deal. It's roughly a 35-minute drive, give or take five minutes depending on the traffic. Living on campus isn't really an option for me due to the expenses, and the factor of being distracted from my studies. Sure, there will be many instances where I'll probably procrastinate from my work because I'm in the comfort of my own home, but while living on school grounds, I feel like being distracted will be far easier. You're living with other strangers for crying out loud! xD On top of that, I'm not too social. Perhaps I'll feel miserable living on campus, and I don't want to take that chance. I like to play it safe. :)
If I were to bend and reach for my toes, my back would form a shape similar to that. The second picture almost replicated the appearance of my back if I were reaching downwards and extending my arms to the maximum I possibly could. Yes, it's that bad and my back muscles are not strong enough to support me and it causes bad posture.
I apologize for the late response. This week has been the worst week of my life for school because of an incident, and I've been sick to my stomach because of it. Not fun. :/
