Yeah that's basically what i want. It being a signature in the steam avatar sizing is a great description.

I am interested in your contest, but I do have a few questions. I also have a Steam account, so I understand the avatar concept; do you mean that you are requesting the likes of what people refer to as a "signature" around here, but within the dimensions of a Steam avatar, and that they are to be identical except for the text on the secondary? Or would you like them to be rendered differently?
