Hi, Sakura. I'm unsure of Victini's rate, unfortunately. I was given it when I started playing on the site two weeks ago. Even now I have no idea of the rates on here. It doesn't help that looking at your account made me a little uncomfortable, lol. There are just so many rare pokemon. Kudos to you for that, btw! That's a beautiful roster.
