Unable to join the Chatrooms

Well, I am accessing it through the link on the TPPC website. When I tried to join today, I got the following error:

Anyone know what this means and/or what to do about it?

Yes, asking me if I trusted the content on there and such..but it only appeared once. For the record, I clicked yes.

Edit: Nvm, fail D: problem solved! Tim was right ;-;

first say run after that it should come up with a lock this either say yes or no Answer and it should let you in thats what i did yesterday. :/
