Easy Gold Pokemon?

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if there is easy/moderate methods of earning gold pokemon, As it is one of my long term goals, I just want to know if there is any methods other than waiting for golden days or contests that can potentially earn me gold pokemon through trading ect...

Let me know if you have any 'Tips or tricks' for this.
