You could always battle GoodDaddy
He has a party of Dark Blissey's, you get 481920 exp and $96384 per one you beat.
You can have any pokemon (even a level 5), just make sure you have the moves:

Toxic
Doublekick
Fly
Doesn't matter for the last one

Use Toxic twice, then use fly twice to avoid the flamethrower. Then use doublekick, then fly twice. Then doublekick once, fly twice, doublekick once, fly twice, and keep repeating this pattern until the next one comes out. So basicly:
Toxic
Toxic
Fly
Fly
Doublekick
Fly
Fly
Doublekick
Fly
Fly

And keep going. I hope this helps! :s
My trainer number is 2421877

Edit: Nvm Checked Darkheart's announcement never knew it was a bad account D:

That is the most inefficient training technique ever known.

What you could do is to try and battle Chanseys/Blisseys that you can kill in one or two hit. This way, it will be faster for you to gain experience and also money. Of course it looks difficult trying to level up your Pokemon to 1,000, since you're struggling to even beat a level 2500. Trust me, trying to battle with a higher level is going to even take you a biblically longer time to reach your goal. Go click this link and look for the training gym with Chanseys/Blisseys that you can kill in one or two hit: http://forums.tppc.info/showthread.php?t=67

Also, it would also help if you have good training Pokemons such as S/D/N Machamp, S/D/N Blaziken, S/D/N Breloom and S/D/N Slaking, since they are Fighting/Part Fighting Pokemons, using a fighting type attack (Doublekick) will give them 50% STAB (Same Type Attack Bonus), which basically means you will destroy those pink fat blob of evil quickly.
