I go into some people's threads, that have made a training gym, and some usually just say, I Train. Some others have different Ways.
I'm Kind of different, I keep listening to music when l train as i Concentrate more Somehow. If l am not listening to music Can't train, I also have to Exp share Something Otherwise l get bored easily
