A great improvement,the color fits the render,there are light and shade. But try stroking the text.

c4d's/effects/whatever they are don't go with the flow of the sig at all, they're a little too much in the foreground. no depth.

colors and lighting are unappealing. text and that L thing next to text stands out wayyyyy too much.. isn't well blended at all, it looks like it was just slapped on top.
