well as a first try id give it a 3/10
u wrecked lucario and try to do more than just placing a render on a bg and adding text.

Anyways, just overall it really sucks, random background, render, little radial effect there and some really bad text which together equals that. Try to put some effort into it, y'know? Check out a few GFX forums, look up tutorials and whatnot then try to make something.

not bad but not good either. try sticking the colours on overlay so that it doesnt cover up lucario's face and try using more themed stocks to the sig.
overall for your first sig it is better than mine so 6/10.
