Eggs will be able to hatch after a random amount of time by battling your starter in Evolution Gym. Assuming your egg is not "empty" (there's a 90% chance it will hatch, 10% that it will be empty), you'll then be able to click a button, and get your newly hatched Pokémon. Hatch time depends on your starting Pokémon's base stats.
