Yeah, The firstunderleveled I got I trained. xD I didn't know it was worth anything at a low level. I also did that to a level 4. I was pissed when I found out it was worth 500-700 back then at level 4. -_-

Sorry to break it to you, but only lvl 4 lucarios would be underleveled (don't exist) because if you breed lucario and lucario, you get lucario lvl 5 :P
