I guess it means I have too many pogeyz in my account?

Maybe You Breed Your Pokes Too Much Thats Why It Keeps Happening

no i havent breeded in a mth and its nvr happened i did it today no error

If you have over 500 pokemon in the account, and go to Change Roster, it should have something saying the box is locked.
If this has happened, you can't breed. Try to sell or trade some pokemon first.

Problem is over. I got rid of over 480+ pogeys in my account.
