Account Re-Activitation Problem!

I tried to re-activitate an old account of mine but it won't let me. I remembered the pw and username correctly, but the website says it doesn't exist, but the account does exist becasue befriended my old account with my new account. Can some help me please?

If you know the name of your account you should look it up and get the ID number and try to use it instead of your name.

Use ID numbers.

And if it won't reactivate still, then AFAIK you have an incorrect password.

I tried reactivating my account. I didn't work. Try just login.
