I Can t Trade

every time i try to trade it says An error occurred with the Pokémon you were attempting to trade. Please try this trade again. and i try again and it says the same thing

Make sure you don't highlight "No Pokemon" on top of trade box.

Another thing you should check is go to trade interests and make sure you have them marked as yes for trading. I've gotten error messages that way once.
