Things you might need to know
Close Combat is currently the best training move.
Fighting Types are probably the best to use. If you're using the move Close Combat it gives STAB to a fighting type because It's a move they are meant to use. eg; Breloom, Heracross, Machamp, Blaziken, Gallade, Hitmonlee, Hariyama, and etc.
Day time is from 6am to 6pm TPPC Time, Night time is from 6:01pm to 5:59am TPPC time.
Money doubles when you use attach Amulet Coin to your Starter/Training pokemon.
Beating a trainer that has more TS Points than you will generally give you more than a trainer with less TS points.
Change can rise to 4500/9000 after a victorius battle if your Starter/Training pokemon has Team Boost attached, you will recieve 4500 if you have more TS points than the other trainer, and 9000 if you has less TS points.
If using Experience Share, the total experience will be split up into the amount of pokemon being trained.
Experience amounts will change depending on if the Pokemon are Dark and when you are training.
These are training accounts with a full roster of 6 Chanseys and\or Blisseys.
The Experience listed is the Total Experience.
Would appreciate if you guys treated me with respect because It did take a while also I did not have to do this.

This took me awhile to get all the Experience and Money so don't rip me. -,-
*Both Amulet coin and Team Boost can be obtained from your Team Point reward redeeming system.
Team Boost costs 5 TS points.
Amulet Coin costs 50 TS points.
Items Which Can Help Your Training!
Life Orb - Obtained from Team Stat rewards for 5,000 points, which requires you to be a Sergeant | Increases the attack power but you will lose an amount of HP at the same time
Leftovers - Obtained by from catching a Spheal in Dark Islands | Restores an amount of HP
Scope Lens - Obtained by catching an Absol (Regiquest required) | Has a 3 out of 5 chance to get a critical hit
Power Boost - Obtained from Team Stat rewards for 500,000 points, which requires you to be a Captain | Makes moves do 10% more damage
Elemental Stone - Obtained from Team Stat rewards for 500,000,000 points, which requires you to be a General | Makes moves do 50% more damage
*There are alot of more items which powers up certain types
