If you still want to finish Naruto while avoiding the filler, you can use Narutoget they tagged which episodes are canon and filler.
Bleach has a bit of filler after the Aizen arc, then it gets into the Fullbring arc which is canon and it ends with that. The Bleach manga continued after that was over tho and it has finished now as well.
