Update:
Spent the whole day studying and chilling as it was a Sunday.
Went out in the evening to a park around 30 mins from my place and it had some Electabuzz there.
Caught like 9 of them with 4 over 1000cp
Evolved my Haunter to a Gengar and it is badass.
