I was banned for no reason
 

Umm, can an admin please take another look at my account and tell me why I was banned?

because you thought it was a good idea to let an automated program get 650 level in training challenge in one day

Private message the moderator that banned you. It should say his or her's ID on your Trainer Statistics page.

I clicked off and it went away

But I think it might have been aakash

I didn't alter the page format or anything

1) If you login to your account, it should tell you the ID of the staff who banned you. You should PM him/her about your inquiry.
2) Aakash is not staff, and therefore, could not have banned you.
3) I can not say for certain the reason you were banned (See 1), but it was most likely due to macroing in the Training Challenge.
4) Please do not double post because it is against forum rules.

hes assuming that click automation is allowed like it is in some other rpgs online specially browser map interaction based ones where you grind for plants and herbs

Always a reason for a ban. In this case it looks like you use a macro.

Well can I at least have my not "macro" leveled Pokémon back bc i didn't cheat for those nor the regice but if u think I did u can take it away

Again, PM the staff member who banned you. But I doubt that any of the Pokémon in that account will be returned to you.

If you cheat at all your entire account will be banned, you can't have the other Pokémon out of the account

Y not am I able to make a new account at least?

When you sign in to your account, it will say something like "ACCOUNT BANNED - Banned by Trainer #??????".

If you are unsure who it was that banned you, you can check on the following link: http://wiki.tppc.info/Staff
For helpfulness, all active staff have direct links on that page straight to their forum accounts.

Once you know which staff member has banned you, send them a PM to discuss with them why you were banned, and ask them any other questions regarding the situation.
As far as posting here goes, no one can help you besides the staff member that set your ban.

Also for future reference, 'bumping' threads should only be done in the trading section - here it is just unnecessary double/triple posting.
