Lol you need to get some credit. Ideally you'd want to get a card with a bank you already have an account with [I did BoFA] and just NOT spend any money on it, really. Like $30 a month.

Back in the day when I didn't have completely shot credit that's what I did, hehe. But I ruined mine by maxing out everything and never paying it back when I was unemployed. As long as you don't do that you'll be fine, lol.

But I think you need a credit card to even check your credit score. Debit card would work, though. Just make sure you call them and cancel the membership within 7 days or they'll charge it.

It shows you the three main different bureaus. Have you ever opened anything? Credit card? Phone in your name?

You should at least sign up for a credit card to start building it, it's probably a zero now, lol.
