Yeah, it is actually wrong. It's 1 hour behind actual time. >.> I even checked 1 timezone over to the east (Atlantic Time) and the difference is 2 hours. And yes I have noticed this since the start of the new forums, but have never bothered to make a thread about it until now.

I live in an EST place, and the time is perfectly identical. Adjust your DST.
