What if you could change your title of a thread?

So like if you made a thread already...and you don't like the title. you can simply just change it.

If you made a thread called "Trading everything I have" then if you decide to look for something. You can change your title to "Looking for Golden Beldum or something like that if you know what I mean.

A good thing about this is so people don't have to make a thread about very little things.

Heres an Example:

Title is "Trading everything I have"

Golds:
Golden Geodude lvl 2315
..........
...............
........
..............
...............

Levels:
Dark Kingdra level 2499
.....
............
.........
.......
............

(?)s:
Beldum (?)
...
..........
.............
........
so on.

==================================
Then you decide to look for something.

You can change your title to" Looking for golds"
and you can add "Pick for your golds inside your thread"

A easy way to not make so much threads D:

Please rate it from 0 - 10 =]

and post if its a good idea or not

thx you all for reading :]

We could also implement a 'no spam' rule if we would want less spam, but I do not see that happening anywhere.

Vbulletin has this feature, it just has to be enabled.

I just changed mine ~Minutes ago. When you click Edit, click advanced options and you can change post and name if it's 1st post.

At some point it is nice & at some point its not. Implementing this idea will confuse lot of people in which thread they posted and which they didn't. And Thats what the reason why only Mod's are able to change topic.
And if you want to reduce lag then just delete that thread and post again.
I'm not sure whether this idea will be implemented or not.
So i would give 5/10.

Shadow of Suicune - If you edit the title that way, it only shows it inside the thread. I meant if you got to the trade sectino that shows all thread. It doesn't change outside of the side. Only shows in the inside D:

abhiraj005 - They can look at their names D:

And thx a lot to everyone that gave a 10/10 :]

appreciate it =]

Not a bad idea, but I don't think it'll work for the following reason

- When people are looking for a thread they posted in, they won't be able to find the thread because they wouldn't know what the thread name is.

That is my opinion.

So I can give you a 5/10

Sorry bro.

Search->advanced search
enter username into the search by username box
select the forum it was in
use a few keywords in the keywords box if you make alot of posts daily.

Nope. It would be better to delete and re-post it.

Thx Kaibamanjrs :]

Blackheart - usuk ;[

:P

I was meaning like this. If you decide you want to use 1 thread only and you don't like making more new threads. you could simply just change the title to something. and some people prefer to keep their thread so they can make 1 big thread :]

Uh.. I think it'd be better to make a new thread and repost?

If you don't want to constitute to spam just delete your thread lol o.o...
