Swap that for a dark rhyhorn or rhyson then evolve it to darkrhyperior and then you have the second best training poke. Then just doublekick blisseys. Even though AAing looks appealing, Dont do it! You'll get caught and banhammered

^ if you want to go for exp instead of speed for comfort, d.hera is better. It has 5 less attack on base stats, but 15 more speed, which is even hgiher than gallade's. This means even a 2.8-2.9k D.hera is already faster than the 3.5ks of outlander
