Golden 1- GoldenSnover

Pokemon slot 1: Snover (obviously...)
Item - Upgrade

Snover u have to get from buy/trade/breed unless of coarse u already have 1
You can get upgrade from catching porygon on map 11, Beyond.

Pokemon slot 2: Jynx
Item - hard stone

Jynx at map 4, Ice Rift
Hard stone is hard to come by, since u have to go through the regi quest first.

Follow this guide so that u can catch Aron, which sometimes hold Hardstone.

Pokemon slot 3: Snorunt
Item - sharp beak

Snorunt is also at map 4, like Jynx.
pidgey hold sharp beak, and u can find them on map 9, mountain path

Golden 2- GoldenPsyduck (like, WTFlip?)

Pokemon slot 1:Psyduck
Item - Spell Tag

Psyduck is on the first map, Dark Islands
U can get spell tag from duskull or shuppet, who can be found at map 8, Johto Dark Caves.

Pokemon slot 2:Mudkip
Item - Magnet

mudkip can be obtained through buy/trade/breed. If u happened to complete the regiquest, then u might a male and female shiny/dark mudkip,which u can then breed for a normal mudkip.
Pichu on map 11- Beyond, have the magnet that u need

Pokemon slot 3:Tauros
Item - Exp. share

Tauros are at map 14, Safari Zone
Exp. share. WTFlip?!? who doesn't have one of these??? well just for the sake of completion, u can get it from wobbuffet on map 12, the cleft. (Even though I know you already have it.)

After u have a compete set, just beat the evolution gym's eevee, and you Snover/Psyduck will blow up and die!
...or turn into that golden pokemon that u've been dying to get. personally, the bloody explosion sounds entertaining...
