they use official training gyms meantioned in the UGGs that boost exp gain so it increases levels faster than a high lvl blissey

i know but they beat them so quick and i cant do that

no it just takes so long to beat them with a level 720

Train on a training gym near your level, for example, in your case, fight against tsunadegeninexam as a training gym, it is more efficient as you can kill the blisseys in one hit.

The other people train faster because they have such high levels that it is efficient for them to fight against higher levels
