Training help!

can someone tell me how to train pokemon from lvl 5 to 2499 the fastest way possible? i noe from lvl 5 - about 150 or 200 is rune's gym with his blisseys. but where do i go and train after that?

battle gyms that you can kill before they attack you, that way you get more exp

Battle the pokemon gym closest to your level and move up and if you need help finding gyms, you can find them in the UCG or just click this (http://forums.tppc.info/showthread.php?t=67) to find gyms.
