New Towers, New Pokemon

For those of you browsing the Towers page with a certain Pokémon and a certain item, you'll probably see at least one of the 3 tough new towers which can lead to unlocking one of three new Pokémon.

Just an update to the towers, we're been reading your feedback and seen that they're essentially impossible currently. As always, the goal is that they be extremely hard, but definitely possible.

As we begin working on scaling the towers properly, some changes have been made:

1) The initial Pokémon you begin the battle against have been weakened.
2) Many of the Pokémon in the tower no longer have Leftovers attached.
3) Two of the highest level Pokémon in the tower have also been weakened.

For now these changes only apply to the Frozen Forest Tower. If these changes make the tower too easy, we don't want it affecting all 3 towers. There are additional plans for the Frozen Forest Tower's prize, so this is the best possible tower for testing scaling.

Frozen Forest Update:

The moves that your opponent can use are now more in line with the same restrictions that you're under. Please give the tower a try and experiment with a number of strategies.

Another balance update: Levels have been updated, some items changed, and Ice Fang has been substituted for a different move.

Another update with mainly a change in moves with some revised levels. Ice Ball has been removed from all Pokémon, Ice Fang returns for some, and one Pokémon gets receives a move more in line with it's type.

A first round of changes has been made to the Charged Whirlpool tower.

It's been entirely too long without an update. The Charged Whirlpool has again had levels adjusted. They are now more in line with the levels seen in the Frozen Forest.

Ice Fang has been removed and a new Ice move has been put in it's place.

Thanks to ruanmed, the towers now have badges and I'm currently collecting feedback on what needs to change with the Charged Whirlpool.
