The background is much too sharp. I suggest adding a guassian blur, by going to Filters - Blur - Guassian Blur and playing around with the settings. Now, here's a basic rule of thumb. Never place an effect over your render if it covers up your render.

You can't even see Dialga. I honestly don't know what I'm looking at besides a bunch of blue and "DIALGA" in the front with no kind of lighting or anything.
