yeah just train put music you like on and just start clicking id suggest using a training account but make sure you can kill the oppents poke in 1 or 2 moves if you cant then find another account to battle

Like deanogw said, listen to music while your clicking or you'll get bored. Use a Breloom/Blaziken/Slaking/Ramparados. Shiny if you play before 6 pm TPPC time, Dark if you play after 6 pm TPPC time. Kill Blisseys.

[Destiny]

Train using a Pokemon with a High Attack. Use the moves Doublekick/Toxic/Dig. You should train against something you can kill in one hit. The higher level Pokemon, the better. You can also attach EXP share to share the EXP around a bit ;)

Try using an item such as Elemental stone/Scope lens. It will make training easier.
