Pokemon are worth what you think they are.
Asking ratings are against the rules.
If you're a new they read rules its necessary because any silly mistake can ban you.

ahh okay thank you! I did try reading the rules off the TPPC page but the 'rules' link didn't work so i'll try again tomorrow.
