We have a training gym. If any day you want a poke trained, you will get more experience depending on what rank you have in ths clan.
If you want a poke trained to 2499 and if you hold the even the lowest rank in this clan (5% more exp) you get training = level 2539
That's like 40 levels more!

You can make the contest but keep these in mind.
Contest should not be held very frequently and before creating the contest, discuss it with your partner (ie other contest admin)
