First off, please note that only Super Moderators can transfer. These individuals are easily distinguishable by their orange name on the member list. NO regular moderators can transfer, so do not ask them.

Will a super moderator move something for your trade with someone else?
NO. Under no circumstances will a transfer be made for a trade. This includes gifts, as in you wanting to give a pokemon to your friend, brother, etc. If you can't trade it on your own, you can't trade it. The only exceptions are for rare cases where it is going to benefit the entire community, ex. the creation of a high leveled training gym.

Will a super moderator move something for a contest you're having (that is, you want to give away a high level or a legend dog or something)?
Generally, YES, but ask FIRST... that means before posting the contest. You need to make sure a super moderator is OK with it. There may be restrictions that they put on it; it's their choice. If you post up a contest before PMing them, or post one up and choose winners and then come asking for a transfer when it's all done, it isn't going to happen. No rigged, biased, or otherwise unfair contests would be tolerated and you can be banned if you attempt such a thing.

Will a super moderator move something from one account of yours to another account of yours?
MAYBE. You'd be best to just avoid this situation but in limited circumstances it may be acceptable (ex. you lost access to an old account, played a lot in a new one, then got access back to the old one - but now your new one has an overleveled/untradeable).
- This only includes pokemon over ALL the level caps and does NOT include any pokemon you can trade on your own if your team points are high enough - you'll have to get your team points up and trade it yourself if that's the case.
- This does NOT include pokemon that are untradeable for everyone (ex. the dogs). Those would not be moved for anything but a contest/giveaway.
- This also does NOT include Pokemon from accounts that your 'friend' gave you or something. It only includes YOUR OWN accounts. Staff doesn't support people giving away their accounts and consider that a type of account trading, which is not allowed here (and can get you banned).

Will a super moderator restore you pokemon that you lost to a "hacker"?
MAYBE. It depends on the circumstances and on what you want returned. They will NOT return a bunch of level 5 map pokemon or swaps or something, but high levels, goldens, etc. are more reasonable. You will usually be allowed to pick a limited number of favorite or high valued pokemon to keep. Hacking doesn't really happen here, so you may have to provide any proof you have and show that it was not something you were responsible for.

Will a super moderator restore your pokemon that you lost to a scam, such as someone training for you and refusing to return it or someone asking you to 'send first' in a trade?
NO, *unless* it is something that you had no way of reasonably knowing. There are a few very rare scams that have fallen under this, but it doesn't happen often. 'Training gyms' or 'send firsts' are at your own risk and have a high chance of scams; nothing will be returned to anyone who gives into these. Don't fall for scams, seriously. They're all extremely stupid. Just train your own stuff and don't do things that are too good to be true.
- What usually happens for scams is that a staff member bans the scammer, so feel free to still report them. Even if you don't get your things back, you will get to have the satisfaction of seeing the person banned for good.

Will a super moderator transfer something out of a banned account/inactive account/account that isn't yours in order for you to have it/trade for it?
NO. Your problem for being banned/not remembering the password to reactivate/not owning those Pokemon. Again, this includes all 'gifts'/freebies from others, unless they are for something that benefits all, like the creation of a high leveled training gym.

If a super moderator agrees to one transfer, DO NOT assume you have free access to more transfers later on.

DO NOT demand things. No one is required to transfer things for you for ANY reason; it is basically done as a courtesy and is up to moderator discretion based on the situation.

If you have a situation that is not covered here, ask a super moderator in PM.

As a note, much of this also applies to team stat points.
Do not ask a supermod to transfer your team stat points for trades, giving to your friend, etc. It is not how the game is set up. They must be added and removed manually, not 'transferred', and to be blunt, it is also annoying to do.

There are a few very limited situations where we may agree to do it, such as to benefit a training gym, or to be returned if access to an account is lost, but it usually will not happen at all unless it is in something like a contest that a moderator agreed to ahead of time.
