Where to get (?) pokemon

I understand what (?) is but are te discontinued or can I just go into the wild and find 1?

Only (?) Pokemon you can get from the RPG challenges are:
GoldenShuckle (?) is the World Rep Monthly Prize
Feebas (?) is the Seafoam Islands prize
ShinyTauros (?) is the Safari Zone prize
ShinyScyther (?) is the Safari Zone prize

It is unobtainable now, it used to be obtainable in the older versions.

The only ones you can get now are:
Feebas (?) from the Seafoam Islands
ShinyScyther (?) from Safari Zone catching contest
ShinyTauros (?) from Safari Zone catching contest
GoldenShuckle (?) 4 from World Rep every month.
