all i have is a Infernape 100 and Palkia 100...i need some opnions on what 4 other pokemon i should add

I has all Eeveelutions and eevee sitting in my box and theres plenty of spares eevees i can always breed more and training on those games is easy i can get to 100 in about 3 days

^Don't listen to any advice he gives you on pokemon teams, he hasn't got a clue.

I'm not gonna give you an exact team, but I'll give you some advice. For one, you want a balanced team. That means type diversity, moves, everything. You'll want both a Special and Physical Sweeper, some examples are Porygon-Z and alakazam for special, or Breloom and Rampardos for physical. You'll want a wall, something that can take ALOT of damage without dying, and can deal out some hefty damage too. Snorlax is a good option there.
A Tank is always good, it's a sturdy pokemon with good atack, often times it's Steel typed, something like Steelix or Aggron. Something with Speed and Attack/Sp.Atk could help too, like Weavile or Crobat. You could use a healer, something that can use Heal Bell or Aromatherapy. Miltank, Blissey and Roserade are all viable options for this. Or maybe a status changer(forget the name for these). Usually something able to survive a lot of hits and use Toxic to kill. Rapid Spinners are important to avoid entry hazards, or a Spiker, to set up your own entry hazards.

Despair - i see what your saying but im not the type to go and use a move like TailWhip i aim for all attacking moves...as for choices well my Monkey and Dragon will stay in there..i kinda go by types so i need some Flying pokemon maybe and/or a Thunder tyype

I know a guy who uses nothing but offensive pokemon, and gives them terrible moves, (ie: Machamp with Focus Blast) and still doesn't know why he loses. XD

The guy I'm talking about hasn't a clue about Sp.Atk and Attack. He'll give something like Blissey all offensive moves. He has a Foretress with Zap Cannon, Gyro Ball, Explosion and Double Edge.

I'd go for teams w/out Ubers and that can cover each others weaknesses. A good team has some powerful sweepers, a wall or two, a support (Despair, that was the word you were looking for), and a Pokemon of your choice, an overall high-stat Pokemon, non-Uber is a good choice. Try using over used Pokemon (Tyranitar, Blissey, etc.) less often.

Dude, if the kid is focusing an on all offensive team, I doubt he has any clue about EV's.
