The realm of the gods is said to be akin to heaven.
Even the ones that reign over the sea and underworld, their palaces can range from breathtaking to eerily beautiful. Every mortal, dead or alive, is under their command, as they were the ones that created them. From the Egyptians to the Aztecs, in these times, there was no denying a god’s presence. Even the Greek Titans were acknowledged, feared and respected just as much as their brothers, sisters and children.
However, something was going wrong. Gods were immortal. Goddesses were forever beautiful. But slowly and surely, something was happening to them. No longer were they to live an eternal life. They were dying. And no one knew why. They couldn’t comprehend what was going on, because weren’t they better than the mortals they had created?
Somehow, along the lines of worship and sacrifice, humans forgot about their gods. With their believers dwindling in numbers, so did their eternal life. Some had died, died a long time ago because of the actions of mortals, and the fact that they didn’t believe in their own Gods anymore. Others were searching for a way to reverse what was happening.
And they found it, in a way. As these giants of Mythology slowly felt the life slip out of them, the found a cure. It was simple, really.
The Pool of No Return. Lacus of Haud Reverto. Bassenget av Nei Retur. Whatever language it was translated into, its purpose stayed the same - whoever entered could never leave, but they would be sustained for as long as they stayed. Eternal life all over again.
But as heavenly or demonic Gods are, they still harbour childish, human emotions. Emotions that compelled each other to find the pool first. They had to get there first, and share it with only themselves. Would they open it to the other races of immortals, or keep the pool’s whereabouts to themselves? Should they not enter the pool in the first place and just let nature find it’s own path?
Either way, there are five... Five groups of Gods, Goddesses and Titans that search for the pool. What lengths will they stop at? Will they strike out and eliminate the others for eternal life, just as they so deserve? Or will they work together to search out the Pool that they so desire? Not all can search for the path to the Pool of No return, so few choose to look for it. Be it a God or Demi-Goddess, deities that were never heard of before or Titans that ruled the sun, moon and stars, it doesn’t matter to them.
They want it.
They need it.
And it’s up to the ones on the quest for the pool to decide the fate of these immortal beings that are slowly and surely, losing their lives.
As you take control of your choice God, Goddess, Titan or Demi-God, you are searching with your own brothers and sisters for the pool. Will the sun worshiping Egyptians bless the four other cultures with entry into the pool? Or will the battle scarred Norse defend it to the end?

His most powerful attack--a massive sword, at least five feet long, and three feet wide, is energized with his own magic--has a 200% destructive rate; it can destroy a city as big as Tokyo.

From any rock he can turn into a precious stone or metal, and as a result, lives in a earthen castle made with these properties. Oogawa, God of the River & Oceans- At home in the ocean, he can breath underwater and can swim as fast as a sailfish. Able to communicate with all sea life, he can also manipulate the water around him into shapes and even lethal weapons, if desired. Able to manipulate a river’s path or dry out an ocean, all water is under his command.
Konchuu, Goddess of Insect-life- Able to understand these misunderstood creatures, she can make all of them bend under her will and even can borrow abilities from them as well, from the wings of a butterfly to the super strength of an ant. She can increase their size to as giant as a tree, and even turn into one herself.
Dendou, Goddess of Electricity- She can strike down anyone from a seemingly clear sky with a deadly shot of electricity and could light up the whole city of New York by the use of a single battery. Able to amplify and nullify electricity, she naturally conducts it and travels within her own thunderbolt, as quick as lightning, through the sky.
Ranje-Ji, Goddess of Foreign Lands- With a single glance, she can tell the heritage of a mortal or goddess, and can speak their tongue like her own. She can easily change her physical appearance with the wave of her sleeve, and can also alter how others look as well if she wishes. Her ability extends to animals and can range from normal colours to neon.
Apocalyptica, Goddess of Chaos and Peace- Able to calm minds and sooth them, she can easily quell a storm, be it emotionally or physically, with the wave of her hand. However, she can easily stir up damage by sparking anger or even summoning typhoons to wreck their path. She can also direct this destruction, or even harmony, on places or people.
Etai, Goddess of Nature- A wave of her hand is sufficient enough for her to re-grow an entire forest, and she can naturally cure any sickness by her extensive use of plant knowledge. Just by stepping into a forest she makes buds bloom and makes all animals full and healthy. Able to also communicate with all forms of nature, be the chipmunks or poison ivy, she can easily control them as well to near any extent.
Houseki, Goddess of Ice- Even the air around her cools as soon as she steps into the room. Able to freeze things either by will or on impact, she can summon ice from near any object and her power amplifies whenever near a body of water. She can even conjure snowstorms, sleet and hail from thin air, able to form and shape ice to her will as well.
Tori, Goddess of the Sky & Birds- Being high in the sky is something she is always used to, able to soar as easily as a bird above others. She can communicate with these creatures and can even grow wings of her own, borrowing the keen eyes and light body frame of these animals. Kumori, Goddess of the Shadows- Her power isn’t just limited to a physical shadow and she can even create her own shadows seemingly out of nowhere as well. Able to make these shapes grow and shrink in size, she can even use them as weapons for her own will. She can also hide in a shadow, if the time comes, and has the power to control a person’s shadow and subsequently, their actions as well, to an extent.
Furea, Goddess of Fire- With the ability to create fire simply by either touch or her own powers, the air around her tends to be a good 15 degrees warmer any given time. She can also make it vary in temperature, size and limit what it can burn, and also put it out without touching it.
Szem, God of Sight- Able to increase his own sight’s power, he can see things that appear to be a speck over the horizon as clear as day, as well as implement this power onto others if he so wishes. He can blind others without a second thought, and also place effects onto one’s sight, such as colours, shapes and even make them see things that aren’t there, similar to mirages in a desert.
Kouu, God of Rain & Storms- He can easily turn a clear sky into a thunderstorm with the wave of his hand, and can make whatever come from it vary from lightning (though it treads on Dendou’s power) to rain to fog. Tornadoes, Hurricanes and storms of the sort are also under his power, and he can move rainclouds and typhoons wherever he wishes, and even create or remove them in an instant.
Rikou, Goddess of Intelligence & of the Mind- Frighteningly enough, she can easily cause a person to have no knowledge of who they are and their surroundings in an instant, and can easily create mental blocks, cause amnesia and remove or create memories. Also, another thing she can do is educate others by simply glancing at them, or even removing parts of their intellect using the same process.
Echo, Goddess of Sound- She can easily amplify her own voice, making it shrill and clear, and can do the same towards any source of sound as well. She can make sound herself, either by the use of vibrations or controlling another person’s voice, which she can do as well to manipulate their words as well. Able to mute anything she wishes, she can use sound waves to damage and hurt others as well.
Oujou, God of Life and Death- Even though his power is terrifying and he can alter the flow of fate by bringing others back to life or striking them down in an instant, he must concentrate greatly for his powers. However, nothing can stop his concentration, be it physical damage to his body or even others trying to distract him. As a result, he is feared and respected for his power.
Suki, Goddess of Love and Friendship- She can easily sway a person’s heart, making them feel love, be it romantic or brotherly, for another person, and can create bonds between people just as easily. However, should she see it be needed, these ties of the heart can be removed in an instant as well, her manipulation over these emotions complete and total.
Soen, Goddess of Rejection, and Sadness- With her powers over these emotions, she can easily change a heart’s feeling in an instant. Able to implement these onto anybody of her will, she can make others feel sadness and even reject others while doing this. Also, he can send someone into a state of ecstasy, as his title would suggest, keeping them incapacitated for as long as he wants, also being able to remove this feeling as well.
Teishoku, Goddess of the Rainbow- Because of her power over this natural phenomenon, she can conjure one up in an instant and even make one disappear from the sky, should she wish it. He can blind others without a second thought, and also place effects onto one’s sight, such as colours, shapes and even make them see things that aren’t there, similar to mirages in a desert.
Kouu, God of Rain & Storms- He can easily turn a clear sky into a thunderstorm with the wave of his hand, and can make whatever come from it vary from lightning (though it treads on Dendou’s power) to rain to fog. Tornadoes, Hurricanes and storms of the sort are also under his power, and he can move rainclouds and typhoons wherever he wishes, and even create or remove them in an instant.
Rikou, Goddess of Intelligence & of the Mind- Frighteningly enough, she can easily cause a person to have no knowledge of who they are and their surroundings in an instant, and can easily create mental blocks, cause amnesia and remove or create memories. Also, another thing she can do is educate others by simply glancing at them, or even removing parts of their intellect using the same process.
Echo, Goddess of Sound- She can easily amplify her own voice, making it shrill and clear, and can do the same towards any source of sound as well. She can make sound herself, either by the use of vibrations or controlling another person’s voice, which she can do as well to manipulate their words as well. Able to mute anything she wishes, she can use sound waves to damage and hurt others as well.
Oujou, God of Life and Death- Even though his power is terrifying and he can alter the flow of fate by bringing others back to life or striking them down in an instant, he must concentrate greatly for his powers. However, nothing can stop his concentration, be it physical damage to his body or even others trying to distract him. As a result, he is feared and respected for his power.
Suki, Goddess of Love and Friendship- She can easily sway a person’s heart, making them feel love, be it romantic or brotherly, for another person, and can create bonds between people just as easily. However, should she see it be needed, these ties of the heart can be removed in an instant as well, her manipulation over these emotions complete and total.
Soen, Goddess of Rejection, and Sadness- With her powers over these emotions, she can easily change a heart’s feeling in an instant. Able to implement these onto anybody of her will, she can make others feel sadness and even reject others while doing this. However, to add to her abilities, she can also remove these feeling as she sees fit and amplify them as well.
Sei, God of Ecstasy, and Flirtation- Able to seduce any man or woman to his will, be they mortal or even a deity, this power works upon any living creature and he can either give this gift or take it away from a person as well. Also, he can send someone into a state of ecstasy, as his title would suggest, keeping them incapacitated for as long as he wants, also being able to remove this feeling as well.
Teishoku, Goddess of the Rainbow- Because of her power over this natural phenomenon, she can conjure one up in an instant and even make one disappear from the sky, should she wish it. However, her powers also extend into colours, able to change the hue of an object, person or element to any colour she wants. This change remains permanent until she reverses it.
