On my laptop i try to connect the internet and it says

3 mobile borad bane is wirelees and when i try connect it though a program on my laptop it saus that error :/

Broadband!< i brought a wireless modem which it with a phone network and i prepaid so i pay 29$aus for 2G and ive been getting this error on my laptop.

which is windows vista but the modem is working fine on my home computer

Did you download the Vista version of the modem's software?
IS there a vista version of the software?
You probably bought something that will never work on Vista OR 7.

Yea, i used it for about a year on my windows vista on my laptop but all of a sudden this error keeps poping up and i cant connect the laptop to the internet at all :/

Uninstall and reinstall the software for it.
See if Microsoft updates pushed an update for the drive. Microsoft tends to break devices like that more than fix them.
