The Set
The Set that I recommend is:

DarkSwampert Level 1000
DarkSwampert Level 1000
DarkSwampert Level 1000
DarkSwampert Level 1000
DarkSwampert Level 1000
DarkSwampert Level 1000

Make sure they are all around the same level; a difference of 2-3 levels will not make much of a difference. Sets above 1k work fine as well but the sets below 1k are not preferred as they have a very low success rate.

The Moves

This is the Move set I used and which I recommend:

1st, 2nd and 3rd Swamperts: Dig, Toxic, and HydroPump, Doublekick
4th Swampert: Dig, Toxic, and Seismic Toss, HydroPump
5th and 6th Swamperts: Dig, Toxic, and HydroPump, Flamethrower

The Items

Equip all 6 DarkSwamperts with Leftovers.

You can try other items, but I prefer Leftovers as the recover your HP every turn.

The Strategy

Houndour: Dig
Marowak: Toxic then Hydro Pump
Ninetales: Dig
Scizor: Switch to 5th/6th DarkSwampert and use Flamethrower
Magmar: Switch back to 1st/2nd/3rd DarkSwampert and use Dig
Flareon: Toxic then Dig
Steelix: Dig or HydroPump
Rapidash: Dig
Ampharos: Toxic then Dig
Gligar: HydroPump
Golem: HydroPump
Forretress: Switch to 5th/6th DarkSwampert and use Flamethrower
Moltres: Switch back to 1st/2nd/3rd/4th DarkSwampert and use HydroPump
Hitmonchan: Toxic then Hydropump
Hitmonlee: Toxic then Hydropump
Skarmory: Switch to 5th/6th DarkSwampert and use Flamethrower
Arcanine Switch back to 1st/2nd/3rd/4th DarkSwampert and use Dig
Charizard: Toxic then HydroPump
Typhlosion: Dig
Entei: Toxic then Dig

If you can't beat it, it means you fail since as you see many others have beat it using this set.

I see your first three Swamperts have doublekick as a filler.. so instead of switching to your fifth and sixth for flamethrower, why don't you just substitute doublekick for flamethrower ?? You don't even use doublekick once in the entire tower :egg_failure:

I beat it with a single girantina lvl 540 using double team dragondance hydropump and cosmic power on 1st one use doubleteam 6 times then 6 cosmic power then 6 dragondance then just spam hydropump restart if you get a status effect b4 scarmory
