Need a bit of help

Windows confirmed that "tppcrpg.net" is currently online, but it's not responding to connection attempts at this time.

This usually means that a firewall is running somewhere between the two computers and is blocking "World Wide Web service (HTTP)". Windows have confirmed that Windows Firewall on this computer is correctly configured to allow this collection. However, a remote firewall might be blocking your connection.

Everytime after battling until the fraction bous thing shows up and I went to battle again. Its comes with this. Then I have to wait like 5-10 minutes until I can battle again. Anyone know how to fix this problem so That I can just keep training until I don't want to train anymore.

Any help would be appreciated thx =]
