Making Trainer Cards

Hey, I'm making a few trainer cards just to get better with spriting. An example is the one I use in my signature.
Just fill out the form and I'll happily get right to it.

Pokemon: (Minimum is 2, Maximum is 6)
Trainer Sprite: (Uh, a link may help)
