Decided to put up the methods I use. There may be better ways to beat them, but these are the ways I've come up with and that I think are most efficient. My Giratinas are in Origin form, but I'm sure normal form works just fine :)

I have defeated all the towers, but not sure whether to post the guides for the other ones. You may have to convince me ^_^

Hitmonlee - Ice Ball + Earthquake
Skarmory - Flamethrower
Arcanine - Rock Slide + Earthquake
Charizard - Rock Slide
Typhlosion - Rock Slide + Earthquake
Entei - Rock Slide + Earthquake

Please Note: "+ Earthquake" means use Earthquake If it will finish them off. You don't have to use Rock Slide, I just prefer the chance of flinching despite the poorer accuracy.
Second Note: You can try to substitute in Super-Effective moves for Golem, and the Hitmons', but that makes it too complicated in my opinion.

Enjoy :)

Forest Tower probably will, Whirpool Tower won't, sure of it. Inferno might now and again.

Never tried though, those are just guesses.

You could use Draco Meteor on Mystical Forest until a few pokes like Blissey, Scizor, and Forretress

I would totally post my own guide, but I'm not going to in fear that they will become as common as maps D:

I can see what you mean by "coming close", in fact, every single time I battle, I only have 1 giratina left. But it seems 5 giratinas are the max you can lose, because I cruise through the tower afterwards.
Maybe it's just my luck...
