The Packard Bell one is huge for a laptop. :x But, personally, I'd pick it over the Sony for various reasons. Though, I've no clue what Packard Bell's quality is like nowadays. o.o

i'd go for the sony one. with refurbs, there's no guarantee as to the quality.

You do understand that with refurbs...a lot of times it's just a part that went bad and had to be replaced, right?

I would go with these Three

Sony
Dell
Acer

If for some reason you cant get those id go with toshiba but those 3 i had and never had a problem.

You should look for Lenovo. Way better quality than Packard Bell... and better than Sony, and WAY less expensive.

If you want to waste money on a pricey PC, instead of getting a Sony, get a Mac. Then you have the choice to run any of the major three OSes.
