Before I answer, I'd like it if you make your own thread in TPPC Online RPG Help (http://forums.tppc.info/forumdisplay.php?f=23), instead of hijacking someones else.

It's not against the rules, but the staff doesn't think it's right though.
It's your fault it gets stolen, but some staff members do ban.

No making training gyms or participating in it is not against rule. But that is on your own risk. If a person steals pokemon then he would be banned but you wont get your pokemon back.
