Tips to Win Secret Key

Fist Monday of Month you should go to Radio Tower and Battle with Rocket Grunt, and beat him several times, try to win the Secret Key for 10 minutes leave out of your account and log in again, and try to win the Secret Key, so I got my SecreteKey in just 20 minutes.
