How to win a shaymin.

Okay to start off to even get to the battle to get to shaymin you need to get the Secret Key how to get that you may ask well its sorta easy and sorta not lol... Go to the radio tower on mondays and battle the trainer there that has 3 pokemon the exact same level as yours. After getting your secret key which could take hours. Equip your secret key to your starter pokemon. Afterwards go to the Dark Islands map and just keep clicking until you come across a link. It is obvious when you get it because the map dissapears and all you have on the screen is the link. Click it. *who wouldnt*...

Okay this battle is really not that hard it takes a bit of luck.

Your Pokemon need to look something like this.

Now you may be wondering why i have three with confuse ray and three with swagger well confuse ray has a higher accuracy on hitting the sky shaymin. Swagger has a lower accuracy but raises the attack of the shaymin so if it hits itself its more deadly. I put swagger on the last 3 giratinas because its when you become a little more desperate toward the end and maybe you can get a one hit KO. Now on to his pokemon...

Mr.Mime-Shadow force- 1 shadow force it should be dead.

Steelix-Either Flamethrower if you put that as a move of your choice or close comabt it your call 2 or 3 of either and it should die.

Porygon-Z-Close Combat 2 times its dead.

Magnezone-Flamthrower if used as a your choice move or close combat it 2 times and its dead.

Electivire-Earthquake if used as a choice move or close combat it 3 times and its dead.

***NOTE*** If You Lose Your First Giratina before Shaymin I Suggest You Start Over The Odds Are You Will Not Advance But Its Your Call In The End

Shaymin- Confuse Ray and pray if its confused use shadow force while you are waiting for it to hit itself that way you help out the cause just a bit.

and with some luck you can get your Gracedia which you attach to your starter go to any map and search for your shaymin. This worked easily for me I beat the Trainer 2 times in eight tries but hope it works for everyone else as well.

*NOTE* you need to get 2 Gracedia to evolve your shyamin to Sky form because once you capture your shaymin the gracedia breaks.

Lulz.. I made it to Shaymin every single time with all six of my Giratinas, and I used Toxic/Fly. If you're gonna use Confuse Ray then you could use the other slot for another move.

Edit: And I used a 125+ Giratina set. ;/

With Toxic Fly It Takes Longer Than Using Confuse Ray Waiting For The Poison To Kill it. It Would Work As Well Though Just Do It However You Want. I Did This Because Its What I Used And It Worked Well For Me.

it appears similarly to a turf war battle. i recommend you just spam click until you get it. don't bother looking at the bottom since it doesn't appear there. it takes me about 10 minutes of spam clicking to get one

shaymin's level is based on your own level. at the secret passage i believe it is 8x your highest and when you fight it to capture it is the same level as your highest

Nice Guide. Although I used Thunderwave,Confuse,Seiesmictoss,Recover for my first two and them Thunderwave,Confuse,Shadowforce,Recover for my other 4. It seems to work better if you use thunderwave on shaymin first.
