Battle Frontier - Impossible

I'm almost convinced of it. But I do wonder if there's anyone who has made it to #6.

6 Giratina's probably coulda helped, but I was looking at a KO everytime a move wasn't a not very effective non critical hit or a HyperBeam/Crosschop.

I know of a few here who've made it to #6, but other than that, I'm stuck. :/

I'm curious to see if anyone has reached a breakthrough.

First - on stages 5 and 6, leftovers are useless, use x-speed.
Second- start the battle with a swagger. With their level, there is a chance that they will OHKO themselves with their confusion.
Third- pray, because it's pretty much luck, just like groudon in legend/unown tower


edit- oh, and here the rule "higher level-better" works. Because the higher level they are, the better chance they will OHKO with confuse. That's why I think 5k+ have a chance to beat it solo with good poke.

I got to 7th poke on stage 5, all i did was Swagger and high level so they could possibly KO in confusion.

I think Stage 5 is harder than 6. In stage 5 they take only 50% of health in confusion. In stage 6 if golds are confused, they will KO themselves for sure. All you need to do is giga luck, they need to attack Cross Chops or Hyper Beams.

lmfao, you're wrong... some stage6 pokemon take 8 self-hits to kill themselves, and some pack items...

EDIT- managed to Frontier 5 with 3.2k gira, it lived for 2 battles, it can survive about 3 blows I'd say.

Wouldn't you be better off using Dialgas since they don't have a ghost and ice weakness like giratina?

Giratinas can't be hit by hyper beam or crosschop, and if hit by hyperbeam the opponent wastes 2 turns. Dialga is hit by everything

Nothing does any poison abilities, and if the hyperbeam lands (aka doesn't miss) and gives the unaffected message, it still takes the next turn to recharge.

Ah yeah, I forget that at that point it's best to not be affected by as many moves as possible. If pokemon in the rpg had abilities, shednja could tear through the frontier probably.

If the name is very long, like GoldenMisdreavus then the level info is in lower column.

I got caught out on the fifth brain I just used x speed on 6 1k giratina's my move set sau

confuse ray
shadow force
close combat
and a different move for the final one

2x with earthquake
2x with doubleteam
2x with iceball

once I hit confuse ray I saw which pokemon was coming next and switched to a gira that would do good for flying types etc I used iceball electric got earthquake dark and normal got close combat all others got shadow force
