One week of glory

With the advent of Tim's Regitower guide, which makes full use of stat ups, my strategy of beating in the Regitower is now obsolete. It focused around spamming Draco Meteor and Close Combat without the stat drops. The name is based on the fact that this guide worked for all of one week before it fell to the new guide.
